Jeffrey's Inaugural Blend
This coffee was my entry in a roasting and blending competition hosted by my green coffee supplier! It received great scores and for good reason. It’s fantastic. Rich oily body with notes of red fruit, dark chocolate, and a hint of citrus acidity. It is a blend of a Brazil Natural, Ethiopian Washed, and Colombian Honey processed.
