Meet Jeffrey.

In 2018, a coworker introduced him to lighter roasted specialty coffee and his mind was blown. He didn’t realize that coffee could taste like that. Down the rabbit hole he went. The free coffee that was provided by the company Jeffrey worked for was both stale and bitterly over-roasted and the need for good coffee was great. So Jeffrey brought in specialty coffee every day for himself and his coworkers.

This got… expensive.

Later that year, the same coworker asked him if he had considered roasting coffee at home. Another rabbit hole was entered. Jeffrey found a love of home roasting. From choosing amazing fair trade green coffee from local importers to dialing in custom roast profiles. It was all incredibly nerdy and Jeffrey was all about it. 5 years later, this nerdy hobby became something else entirely after friends and family were constantly asking if they could buy some.

Jeffrey’s Coffee Company was born.
